UniCredit Bank has launched refinancing of mortgage loans on primary market

UniCredit Bank is one of the few banks that lunched the program of refinancing mortgage loans for housing on primary market. Clients who bought apartments in new buildings can use the program without waiting for construction of the property to be completed and registration of ownership.

Interest rates under the program start from 9.5% per annum, the loan term from 1 to 30 years. Maximum loan amount — up to 80% of estimation cost of an apartment. You can also get an additional amount for repairs. The total loan amount in Moscow and St. Petersburg — up to 9 million rubles, in other regions — up to 5 million rubles.
