The rates for purchase of a flat in a primary housing market are reduced by 0.5%. Now you can buy an apartment in a new building at a rate of 9.5% per annum, if the loan amount is 5 million rubles or more in Moscow, 3.5 million rubles or more — in St. Petersburg, 2 million rubles or more — in other regions. With smaller loan amounts, rates are also reduced by 0.5% and start at 9.75% per annum.
A similar rates decrease also affected UniCredit payroll clients, who can apply for a mortgage in a new building at 9% or 9.25% per annum, depending on the amount of the loan.
